Here is where I am housing some of the tools I use on a regular basis as an author and as a Chaos Coordinator. Some of these are affiliate links, and the ones that are will be clearly marked.
Plottr is where my books begin to take that beginning shape from the amorphous idea. With it I map out my entire book, from scene to characters to places; Plottr has a place for it all.
Put that scene in the wrong place? Drag and drop that baby to the right place. As someone who started this with a three ring binder and so many sheets of paper, I cannot thank Plottr enough for putting an end to the extra clutter in my office. Not only that, in some cases exported directly to the correct file type for the program! (I'm looking at Scrivener here, because that is mostly what I use.) I use Notion for everything. With my clients, for my own tracking of so many things. It is an excellent tool for the busy writer or, Chaos Coordinator and her clients. And the best part is, you don't have to be tech savvy to use Notion. They have a ton of premade templates that are amazing. You can find them at Notion.so .

ScribeCount is my go to tracker for my royalties. I believe that it is a lot easier to gauge your financial success if you are tracking it. But who wants to log into every site daily to track it? Not me. However, I can pull up ScribeCount and see everything at a glance.
